XI Class Admission Circular 2026
The board notification carries the seat count for every college by group, shift and version, the approved fee list, and the minimum qualification each institution has set. Read it before you shortlist anything.
Who can apply, and which group you can switch to
Students who passed SSC or an equivalent exam in 2026, 2025 or 2024 under any Bangladeshi board or Bangladesh Open University may apply. Foreign certificates need equivalence from the Dhaka Board first.
How to Apply
Five screens on the official portal, in order. Applications for the 2026–2027 session run 02–10 September 2026 and close at 8:00 PM on the last day.
Create your EDU ID
Enter board, passing year, SSC roll and registration number, plus your own or guardian's mobile. A PIN arrives by SMS — the EDU ID is your username, the PIN is your password.

Pay before you submit — the form will not accept an unpaid application. Nine gateways are supported, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket and SSLCOMMERZ cards.

Ready to apply?
Applications for the 2026–2027 session run 02–10 September 2026 on the government portal. Keep your SSC roll, registration number and a mobile number that is not already used by another applicant.
Application Fee & Payment
The application fee is ৳220 plus the gateway's service charge, and it covers between five and ten college choices in one phase. The form will not accept an unpaid application.

Plus ৳24 Red Crescent fee (60% of ৳40) collected by the institution, and a ৳400 annual sports grant that each institution remits to its board.
How every 100 seats are divided
Under the Admission Policy 2026 the quota split below applies to the 2026–2027 session. If a quota goes unfilled, those seats return to the open merit pool — no seat may be left vacant.
There is no admission test — only your SSC result
Colleges may not hold any selection or entrance exam. When two candidates tie, the board walks down this ladder until the tie breaks.

What decides your college
Three things, in this order: your GPA, the quota you claimed if any, and the order you wrote your preference list in. Nothing else — there is no interview, no test and no institutional discretion.

Colleges must publish the board-supplied merit list on their own notice board and website.

Seats, groups, shifts, versions and last year's closing GPA — filter down, then drop your shortlist straight into preference order. Every college also has its own indexable page.
Selection Confirmation
Being selected is not the same as having a seat. You confirm it online by paying the ৳340 board registration and confirmation fee inside the window — and if you do not, both the selection and the application are cancelled.

Migration Result
Migration only runs after you confirm. The board re-runs the allocation and moves you to a higher college on your own preference list if a seat opens there — never downward, and never to a college you did not choose.
Confirm first
An unconfirmed selection takes no part in migration at all.
Leave migration on
It is on by default. Switch it off from your portal account if you are happy where you are.
Check the migration result
Use the Migration tab in the Result Centre above, or your portal dashboard.
Nothing to pay again
A migration does not need a second confirmation fee.

Order your choices honestly when you apply. Migration can only ever move you up the list you yourself wrote.

College Admission 2026
The last stage happens in person. Go to the college inside the admission window with your documents and pay the approved session charge — no institution may charge one taka beyond the board's ceiling, and every fee needs a receipt.
